Maltese athletes Clare Muscat Said and Lisa Gatt produced a standout performance at HYROX Athens, securing a superb third‑place finish in the Women’s Doubles 45–49 category. Their result marks one of Malta’s strongest showings on the international HYROX circuit, combining elite conditioning with flawless execution across all eight stations and running segments.

The pair also delivered the fastest overall station time in their age group, completing the demanding functional fitness stations in an exceptional 28 minutes 26 seconds. Their efficiency across the SkiErg, sled push and pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls showcased both technical mastery and endurance under pressure.
