Champions Crowned at the 2026 Malta National Badminton Championships

The 2026 Malta National Badminton Championships, powered by Assikura Insurance Brokers and Victor Sports Malta, concluded on Sunday at the Santa Luċija Hall after a weekend filled with high‑level competition and strong community support. The Men’s Singles crown went to Matthew Abela, who once again demonstrated his dominance on the national stage. In the Women’s Singles, Francesca Clark secured the title with confident, composed performances throughout the tournament. The Men’s Doubles was won by Mark Abela and Sam Cassar, while Lauren Azzopardi and Elenia Haber claimed victory in the Women’s Doubles.
