Carella’s winning mentality earns her MFPA Women’s Best Young Player award

Yulya Carella’s rise reached new heights this season as the dynamic Mġarr United midfielder was crowned MFPA Women’s Best Young Player, capping off a campaign defined by maturity, consistency and silverware. Still early in her senior career, Carella has already become a central figure in a Mġarr side that delivered one of the most successful seasons in the club’s history.

Carella played a key role as Mġarr won the Women’s League, showcasing her intelligence in midfield, her ability to control tempo and her relentless work rate.
