Valletta FC captain Brandon Paiber has payed tribute to Steve Borg ahead of his final career appearance in today's FA Trophy final.
Paiber expressed that "I’ve played against you a ton of times and shared the field with you on the national team," remarking that "this year we were able to spend time together, get closer, and get to know you even better."
The Maltese international closed his message by acknowledging Steve as " a great player, but above all, an excellent person," while encouraging him to make one last push during his "one last dance," hoping to finish the season and close a stellar career with the FA Trophy."
