Borg and Abela make Maltese history with double gold at OCR World Championships

Michael Borg and Clayton Abela have officially become the first Maltese athletes in history to win gold medals at the OCR World Championships, each triumphing in the 3.7km obstacle course in their respective age groups. Their victories mark a landmark moment for Maltese obstacle course racing, placing Malta on the global map in one of the sport’s most competitive disciplines.
