Black Jack 100, owned by Remon Vos and skippered by Tristan Le Brun, claimed monohull line honours in the 47th Rolex Middle Sea Race, crossing the finish line in Malta on Monday, October 19, at 15:51 CEST.

The 30.48-metre maxi yacht completed the demanding 606-nautical-mile course in 51 hours and 51 minutes, recording its fastest performance under its current ownership.

Despite entering as the clear favourite, Black Jack 100 faced challenging conditions, particularly between Lampedusa and Comino, where strong headwinds and confused seas tested the crew’s endurance and teamwork.

Vos described the achievement as a fantastic experience, praising the exceptional bond among the crew.

Meanwhile, competition continued across the remaining classes, with Maltese yacht Artie III, skippered by Lee Satariano and Christian Ripard, leading IRC 3 on corrected time.

Jonathan Gambin’s Ton Ton Laferla was also producing an impressive performance in IRC 4, maintaining a competitive position as the fleet continued racing.
