Another perfect day for Malta Blackball Teams

The Maltese blackball national teams competing in the 2026 Nations Cup in Gibraltar continued their positive run, winning all eight matches they were involved in.

As the fourth day of the competition was played, the most active side was the Men’s A team, which secured three victories against Mauritius (20-5), British Armed Forces A (17-8), and Australia (15-10).

Meanwhile, the Men’s B team registered a 20-5 win against Catalonia B in a match dominated by the Maltese players. They maintained their consistency against Australia as well, recording another convincing 20-5 victory.

The Under-23 team defeated Wales B1 20-5 in their only match, while the Seniors recorded positive results of 14-11 against Wales and 19-6 against Ireland.

Today marks the fifth day of the competition, with the in form Maltese teams set to be involved in a number of matches, as they strive to build on their positive results in the first four days.
