Ħamrun Spartans’ Modica Wins VBET Coach of the Month

Ħamrun Spartans head coach Giacomo Modica has been awarded the VBET Best Coach for November, following an impressive month for the club. Although November featured only two league fixtures—Match Weeks 11 and 12—Modica’s leadership stood out thanks to strong performances in both domestic and European competitions.

After making history with a memorable league-phase victory over Lincoln Red Imps in Europe, Modica guided Ħamrun Spartans to two crucial wins in the YoHealth Malta Premier League: a 2–0 success against Birkirkara and a tightly fought 1–0 victory over rivals Valletta.

The award was presented by Adam Calleja, VBET’s representative in Malta and Business Development Director for SoftConstruct Malta.

Modica expressed his gratitude upon receiving the honour, emphasising the collective effort behind the team’s success.
