Ħamrun Spartans Confirm Emerson Marcelina For 2026/2027 Season

Emerson Marcelina has extended his contract with Ħamrun Spartans FC, with the Brazilian defender committing his future to the reds for another year.
Marcelina heads into the new season as one of the team's key players, having won the Premier League four times in six years. He also won two Super Cups, adding to his 2018 Super Cup win with Floriana FC.
He was also a driving force in the Spartans' historic Europa Conference League group stage qualification, being part of the first Maltese team to qualify for the group stages of a European competition.
Marcelina looks to carry Ħamrun back to glory, with the Spartans missing out on silverware last season.
