Alessandro Amore Appointed For EuroHockey Championship Qualifier II Men 2026

Maltese umpire Alessandro Amore has continued to strengthen his reputation on the international hockey scene after receiving his first appointment to a senior men's national team tournament.
He has been selected as one of the officials for the EuroHockey Championship Qualifier II Men 2026, which will take place in Helsinki, Finland. This marks a significant milestone in Amore's career and is recognition of the progress he has made over the past few years.
It will be his fifth international tournament appointment, following previous assignments in Gibraltar, Lithuania, Breda in the Netherlands, and most recently the Men's 6 Nations Under-18 Easter Tournament, held earlier this year in Rüsselsheim, Germany.
