The Malta Football Referees Association has taken to Facebook to congratulate Alan Mario Sant on being appointed as an official referee observer for tonight’s UEFA Champions League Quarter Final clash between Arsenal and Sporting Lisbon.
The association stated that “An appointment at this level is a clear testament to the trust and respect Alan commands within UEFA, while also reflecting the growing recognition of Maltese refereeing on the international stage.”
Alan is one of the leading figures in Maltese football, serving as Chairman of the Malta FA Referees Committee and proud member of the Malta Football Referees Association.
