After what can be considered as two days of Summer in February, the Malta International Airport has issued a forecast which predicts isolated showers on Sunday and wind & thundery showers on Monday.
Cooler temperatures are also expected with highs of 22°C and lows of 12°C going into Monday.
This rapid change in weather is a result of the low-pressure system over Northern Africa moving across the Mediterranean, so get your jackets and scarves ready!

Close to 1,000 immigrants, most of which being African, were caught trying to flee Libya and head for Europe via wooden boats and dinghies.
The pleasant weather in the Mediterranean may have encouraged travel, with Libyan Law Forces saving around 800 immigrants over the span of two days, returning them to Libya.
Currently, Libya is in the midst of national instability due to the country’s civil war and many nationals ended up seeking criminal services to orchestrate clandestine voyages towards Europe.

Christopher Plummer, the Canadian actor best known for his role in the Sound of Music, passed away aged 91.
Tributes poured in celebrating the life of the Hollywood legend who had an illustrious career in cinema, with his family reporting that Plummer passed peacefully in his Connecticut home with wife Elaine Taylor alongside him.

American rapper Lil Uzi Vert has never been one to stick to standard fashion practices but his latest ‘accessory’ may have topped the list of craziest fashion statements EVER.
The rapper has had a pink diamond costing around $24 million implanted into his forehead, a move which welcomed a barrage of internet memes, some of which comparing him to Marvel superhero Vision, who had an ‘infinity stone’ on his forehead.
A few days later, Vert seems to have embraced the memes, posting some snaps of himself on Instagram, with the last photo being an out-of-context snap of Vision with fellow Marvel character Wanda Maximoff.
