Taking to social media, Education Minister Clifton Grima addressed the case wherein parents withdrew their children from a school due to them being taught by a gay teacher.

‘The San Gwann Primary school is among the best educational communities in our country’, wrote the Minister.

‘I thank the school for the impeccable way it handled itself within this situation. The question I pose myself, as a minister and a father, about what I want my children to take from their educational system, is whether there are the necessary tools for my kids to reach their full potential.’

‘Every other question is superfluous with answers that do not impact our children’s educational journey.’
