Connor Swindells, known for his role as Adam Groff in Sex Education, recently married his long-time partner, fellow actor Amber Anderson, at Boath House in the Scottish Highlands.
Anderson is recognized for her portrayal of Lady Diana Mitford in Peaky Blinders. Their wedding was officiated by Alistair Petrie, who plays Swindells’ on-screen father in Sex Education.

Swindells and Anderson first met while filming Emma and became close during the COVID-19 lockdown.
They “bubbled” together, allowing them to support each other and build a strong bond during that time. Amber shared that their first official date didn’t happen until three months into their relationship, once lockdown restrictions were lifted.
Swindells proposed to Anderson during a trip to Botswana, choosing a special moment in front of a 1,400-year-old baobab tree.
Sex Education recently released its fourth and final season in September of last year, receiving positive reviews from critics. NME praised the show’s handling of awkward aspects of sexuality in a “warm and witty” way, giving it a four-star review.
