Ryanair, Malta’s number one airline, has announced its Winter 2025 (W25) schedule, featuring 57 routes, including six new destinations and increased frequencies on 20 popular routes such as Milan, Porto, Bucharest, and London.

Ryanair will introduce a 9th based Boeing 737 aircraft in Malta from November, creating 30 new jobs for pilots and cabin crew at Malta International Airport.

This growth is expected to increase Ryanair’s Malta traffic to over 5.2 million passengers in 2025 (+15%), supporting more than 4,300 local jobs and reflecting a total investment of over $1 billion on the island, including a new hangar facility and expanded Malta Air offices.

To celebrate, Ryanair has launched a four-day seat sale with fares from just €21.99, available only at ryanair.com until midnight on 28 September.

Ryanair CEO Michael O’Leary said, “Our biggest ever W25 schedule offers Malta even more choice of winter and city break destinations at Europe’s lowest fares, backed by long-term investment in Malta’s tourism and economy.”
