“Pink Guards Spotted Washing Clothes In Laundromat”

Netflix has added to the anticipation for the upcoming second season of Squid Game with a creative and attention-grabbing  stunt.  Actors dressed as the show’s iconic pink guards were sent to a real laundromat, transforming the laundromat into a scene from the series itself. The guards, sporting their distinctive uniforms, interacted silently with unsuspecting customers.

‘Valletta Resounds: The Caravaggio Experience’, produced by local arts production company ‘Udjenza’, performed a total of 75 presentations which began back in April 2023 in St John’s Co-Cathedral.

Performer Jeremy Grech, who plays Fra Bartholomeo, took to social media to celebrate the record, calling it an extremely unexpected award.

Over 1,900,000 Vehicles Travelled Between Malta & Gozo This Year

According to data tabled in parliament by Gozo Minister Clint Camilleri, a total of 1,929,625 vehicles crossed between Malta and Gozo this year (up to 2024).

The previous year, 2023, saw the most vehicles cross between the two islands between 2020 and 2024, with 2,041,478 vehicles making the trip.

This was followed by 2022, with 1,960,815 vehicles. The information was tabled upon the request of MP Ivan Castillo.
