Prime Minister Robert Abela inaugurates All New Sports and Aquatic Pavilion in Gozo

Prime Minister Robert Abela has inaugurated the new Sports and Aquatic Pavilion in Rabat, Gozo. The complex includes an Olympic-sized swimming pool, specialised training areas and facilities for both local and international sports.

During the opening, Abela said this project opens doors for international events in Gozo, adding value to the island while strengthening its community spirit. He called it part of a wider strategy to transform Gozo through targeted investments.

Abela also mentioned ongoing projects including a new school in Rabat, road upgrades, and a new museum. He announced €60 million in further investment for Gozo, including underground parking and an extension to Villa Rundle gardens.
