President Of Malta Inaugurates Malta Lounge At European Youth Centre

On Monday evening, H.E. Myriam Spiteri Debono, President of Malta, inaugurated the Malta Lounge within the European Youth Centre of the Council of Europe.
The Malta Lounge will continue to equip the European Youth Centre as it provides another space in the centre where young people can meet to build close relationships and discuss ways to strengthen democracy and rights.
President Myriam Spiteri Debono emphasised this in her speech during the inauguration ceremony, encouraging young people to be the ones who, through their aspirations and dreams, build a better future.
Among the officials present at the inauguration ceremony was the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Bjørn Berge.
