Potential PN Leader Alex Borg Turns 30-Years Old

Candidate for the Nationalist Party leadership and Gozitan MP Alex Borg has turned 30-years old, marking another milestone in what has been a rapid rise through the Maltese political scene.

Despite it being his birthday, Borg confirmed that he remains fully focused on his campaign ahead of the upcoming Nationalist Party leadership election, where he is set to face off against former leader and supposed ally Adrian Delia.

In a message shared on Facebook, Borg said that the best birthday gift he could ask for was the chance to continue meeting people, listening to their concerns, and understanding how he can be of service.

He emphasised that being close to the people remains at the heart of his political vision.

Borg also revealed that later in the evening he would be attending an event in Siġġiewi, where he plans to continue engaging with the public and outlining his vision for the future of both the Nationalist Party and the country.

At just 30, Borg has quickly established himself as a prominent figure within the PN, and according to him his bid for the leadership could signal a generational shift within the party.
