The Malta Police Force shared a wholesome photo of a police sergeant on overtime duty during a local festa in Malta, assisting a young girl who appeared lost and unaccompanied.
Sergeant C. Vella noticed the child and immediately alerted the Qawra Police Station. He remained with her, offering support and staying by her side until her parents were located shortly after by officers from the station.
The Malta Police Force described the moment as a demonstration of the compassionate side of policing, highlighting actions that may not always be visible to the public.
