Daniel Cilia, photographer, captures a stunning view of Mount Etna at sunrise, taken from Nadur, Gozo, with the iconic Qortin wooden cross in the foreground.
Daniel wrote, “More than 325,000 people have viewed my photograph of Etna, made yesterday morning at 09:35 hrs from a path next to the St Paul’s Bay Bypass. My sincere thanks for the over 4,000 likes, the many kind remarks, and even the more sceptical or foolish comments.”
He added, “Here is another image, captured exactly one hour later from NADUR, Gozo, with the Qortin wooden cross in the foreground.”
The photograph was made with a 950 mm lens on a DSLR.
