That’s right. One of Malta’s hidden food gems has just set up shop in Pembroke after a successful couple of years in its Mosta location.
The iconic mint food truck has opened its doors (windows?) at the Pembroke park and ride, apart from its already-established Mosta set-up, where it will be offering its classic, mouth-watering menu of meats and eats.
We don’t know about you, but we’ll definitely be grabbing a smokey, meaty treat during our next lunch break.
