Nepalese Artist Stunned To Hear His Own Song Played In Valletta

Amrit Gurung, the lead vocalist of Nepal’s famous rock band Nepathya, was taken by surprise in Malta’s capital when he heard one of his own songs being performed by a local busker.

While walking through Valletta, Gurung came across Benny Grima, a well-known street musician admired for singing in many languages. To his amazement, Grima was performing a Nepathya song in Nepalese, drawing an eager crowd.

A video of the moment, posted on TikTok by user @harrypoudel31, has now been viewed more than 996,000 times.
