Missing Diver At Anchor Bay Found Safe After Rescue

This morning, the Malta Rescue Coordination Centre (RCC) received an emergency call reporting a missing diver at Anchor Bay.

In response, Armed Forces of Malta deployed land, sea, and air units to assist in the search.

Thanks to a joint effort between the Armed Forces of Malta and the Civil Protection Department, the diver was located and safely brought back to shore. The individual was then handed over to Mater Dei hospital staff for a medical check-up and was found to be in good health, requiring no further treatment.
