Neglected Pig Found Running Around Mosta Streets

Arnold Sciberras took to social media to share a number of videos showing an abandoned pig walking in the middle of the road in Mosta as it poured rain.

‘It was going to be hit by several cars, so I jumped in the middle of the rain and tried to guide this pig on the side to avoid an accident’, explained the Exterminator.

Sciberras said that he tried calling several entities – including the police – but to no avail.

‘This is an appeal to save this pig, because it could not be held down’, he concluded, urging people to watch the videos so that the pig can be saved.

Malta’s U-21 Bag 1-1 Draw In Friendly Against Estonia

Malta U-21 began their new era under coach Davide Mazzotta with a 1-1 draw against Estonia in a friendly, preparing for their European Championship qualifiers.

Mazzotta, previously with the senior squad, implemented a familiar three-man defence to ensure tactical continuity.

Estonia controlled possession early, but Malta remained compact and counterattacked when possible.

Andy Borg came close to scoring before Karel Mustmaa, a Benfica player, broke the deadlock for Estonia.

Malta responded quickly, with Keyon Ewurum heading in from a corner.

Both teams exchanged chances, with Mustmaa hitting the woodwork and Malta’s defence holding firm.

Despite Estonia’s late pressure, Malta held on for a draw and build up steam for their upcoming commitments.
