Man Injured With Glass Bottle After Sannat Argument

Yesterday, at around 2000hrs, police were informed of an argument that took place in an establishment in Triq Ta’ Ċenċ, Sannat, Gozo.

Police convened on site where they found a 33 year old man resident of Nadur with some injuries which were allegedly caused by a glass bottle.

A medical team was called on site and took the man to Gozo General Hospital.

At the same time, police were informed that a 42 year old woman from Nadur had been hospitalised after being injured in the same argument.

Both were confirmed to have suffered grievous injuries.

Police are currently investigating.
