Man Arrested After Paola Shooting To Appear In Court Today

Today at around 12:30, the man arrested following a shooting in Paola will be brought before the courts. He will be presented before Magistrate Dr. Gabriella Vella L.L.D.

The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Melvin Debono, also known as “Il Quws,” was previously arrested after a gun was allegedly discharged on a Paola street on Sunday evening. Police confirmed that no one was injured, though bullet fragments were later recovered in nearby Melita Street.
