Maltese Designer ‘Blakkript’ Makes Custom Jacket for U.S. Artist’s New Year’s Eve Show

Maltese designer Jeremy Vassallo, the creative force behind the ‘Blakkript’ brand, made some major moves in the international fashion scene as he crafted a bespoke jacket for U.S. artist Grabbitz’s New Year’s Eve performance in Dallas, Texas.

Following a conversation with Grabbitz and his team, Vassallo seamlessly blended the artist’s lighter elements with the ‘Blakkript’ brand’s signature darker aesthetic.

Drawing inspiration from architecture, Vassallo embarked on the design process with meticulous attention to detail. The result was a custom jacket that not only encapsulated Grabbitz’s essence but also harmonised with the distinctive style of ‘Blakkript’. This is the latest international collaboration for Blakkript, having DJ Steve Aoki wear one of his jackets for a recent music video.
