Maltese Bodybuilder Features On LadBible Over ‘Extra Muscle’

Maltese bodybuilder Svein Falzon recently featured on popular international news platform LadBible after he shared a video of a concerning ‘extra muscle’.
The video, shared to approximately 14 million followers on Instagram, has Svein showing a bulge on his arm as he plays around with it.
Many people expressed their concerns about the bulge, urging him to go check it out with a doctor. Some suggested a cyst whereas other suggested something much more comedic – like a scarab from the mummy.
Whatever it is, we sure do hope he does in fact have it checked out just to be on the safe side!
