Hangover 101: Surviving Your Festive Nights Out Like a Pro

Dec 19 2024 Share

You partied, you danced, and you might have had one (or five) too many. Now what? Here’s your ultimate survival guide for the morning after:

Hydrate Like You’re Crossing the Sahara

Water, coconut water, sports drinks—anything that doesn’t have alcohol in it. Pro tip: Keep a big bottle of water next to your bed before you head out. Future you will thank you.

The Pastizz Fix

There’s nothing like a greasy pastizz to soak up all your questionable decisions. Bonus points if you can convince someone to deliver it straight to your door.

Skip the Car Keys, Skip the Stress

If you didn’t drive home last night, congrats—you’ve already aced Hangover 101. You avoided a major mistake AND can guiltlessly veg out on the sofa all day.

Netflix and Ignore Everyone

Stay in bed, binge your comfort series (Gilmore Girls, anyone?), and at all cost… do not, we repeat; DO NOT reply to the THAT text from your EX. You’re too good for him anyway boo. 💅

Make Smarter Plans for Next Time

Pace yourself, hydrate between drinks, and remember: leaving the driving to someone else is the ultimate party flex.
