Malta Knights Cross Appears In Pete Buttigieg’s Office Tour

As US Secretary for Transport Pete Buttigieg gave his followers a tour of his office in a brand new video, a blink and you’ll miss it moment shows the Malta Knights eight pointed cross in his office.
Buttigieg’s father, Joseph Anthony Buttigieg II, was born in Hamrun, Malta, and met Pete’s mother, Jennifer “Anne” Montgomery while they were employed as faculty at New Mexico State University.
Pete’s father emigrated to the US to pursue his doctorate, with Pete following a career in US politics later on in life.
Serving as a former naval officer, he now serves as the 19th US Secretary of Transportation and is part of the Democratic Party. He also served as the 32nd mayor of South Bend, Indiana from 2012 to 2020.
