The arrest follows an ongoing investigation into the stabbing of a 41 year old Indian nurse who was grievously injured yesterday evening with a sharp object by a male nurse.

The suspect fled the scene after the altrecation but authorities have now confirmed his location and apprehended him.

The male nurse is currently in custody for further questioning and is expected to be arraigned in court in the coming days.

The nurse was reportedly attacked with a sharp object by a male nurse, also from India, who fled the scene.
