Luxembourg welcomes positive results after becoming first country with free public transport

Luxembourg has reportedly welcomed encouraging results after becoming the first country in the world to make public transport free last year, transporting an increased 10,000 people every working day.

The European Country introduced the measure during March 2020 despite the COVID-19 pandemic and has received positive results so far.

Numbers reportedly skyrocketed since the introduction of Mobilité Gratuite (Free Mobility), with a total of 40,090 using the tram on working days; 10,000 more than when it was a paid service.

Malta becomes only EU country with COVID-19 death rate at Zero

Malta’s COVID-19 death rate has dropped to zero as the country continues to handle the COVID-19 pandemic, becoming the only country in the European Union with such a death rate.

The country’s case numbers and death rates registered as the lowest in the EU last week, as confirmed by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).

Since the pandemic started, Malta has registered 419 total deaths, with no new deaths registered today.

Malta has registered 6 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours from 2,288 swab tests, while 5 patients have recovered. No deaths were registered in the past 24 hours. This information was announced by the official Facebook page of Malta’s Ministry for Health.

As of Thursday 27th March 2021, 505,100 vaccine doses were administered of which 314,030 were 1st doses. 200,199 people are currently fully vaccinated.

To date, Malta has registered 30,26 COVID-19 cases in total, of which: 30,041 have recovered, 419 died and 66 are still active.

Time and time again, Friends continues to make headlines and maintain its status as one of the most social media-breaking shows in the world and Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer have confirmed something we have been suspecting for years.

During an interview with James Corden, the two confirmed that they had a mutual crush on one another during the first season and even came close to a relationship off-screen, but it was not to be.

Schwimmer went on to state that they never crossed that boundary, with Matt LeBlanc quickly interrupting to state that that was ‘bulls***’, leaving us curious whether or not Ross and Rachel was actually a real life thing.
