Lady Gaga will join Netflix’s hit series Wednesday for its second season, which is currently filming in Ireland.
While details about Gaga’s role are being kept secret, her involvement has already sparked excitement among fans.
The artist has a unique connection to the series; a remix of her song Bloody Mary was featured in a dance scene performed by Jenna Ortega, who plays the lead character, Wednesday Addams.
In addition to Gaga, the upcoming season will introduce new regulars like Steve Buscemi, Billie Piper, and Evie Templeton, as well as high-profile guest stars including Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Lumley, and Thandiwe Newton.
Returning cast members include Ortega, Hunter Doohan, Emma Myers, Joy Sunday, Luis Guzman, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, as Wednesday continues her adventures at Nevermore Academy.
A recent behind-the-scenes teaser from Netflix, released in September, ended with a cryptic message from Ortega hinting at even more dark and thrilling surprises in the new season.
Created by Al Gough and Miles Millar, Wednesday continues under the creative guidance of Tim Burton, who directed part of the first season and serves as executive producer.
