European Parliament election candidate James Ryder Muscat shared the official advert that aired for him on TVM last night during Love Island Malta.

The advert sees Ryder using quips from the same show, saying that he wishes to ‘couple up’ with the potential of better Europe and Malta or that he wishes to find a parliament he wishes to treat sweetly.

In terms of values, he says he loves language and culture, animal and human rights, mental health and – with extra highlighting – is not racist.

He of course could not end this advert without his signature slogan of ‘we’ve had worse.’

What do you think?

The images propel the contestants a few years into the future through – possibly – the use of AI.

And suffice to say some of them still remain very attractive whereas some others… well, not so much.

We’ll leave it to you to decide.
