Jake Vella Honoured By Association For Abandoned Animals

The Association for Abandoned Animals just updated its honorary wall and made sure to keep the memory of ‘one special boy’ going; Jake Vella.
‘The recipients on this wall are the people who made our sanctuary happen and what it is today’, wrote AAA.
‘It is impossible to mention all simply because our sanctuary runs on donations and the goodwill of people who love animals’.
However, among all those special persons was Jake Vella, who routinely raised money for animals in need on the island, organising walks even when he was in hospital.
The parents of Jake, Josie and Mariska, visited the shelter as they honoured Jake, with a €1,350 donation presented to AAA by the couple thanks to the Malta Tattoo Show and Reno Sammut.
