Inter, FC Red Bull Salzburg and Gzira United to play friendly matches in Malta

Addressing a press conference, Tourism Minister Clayton Bartolo revealed how, between the 4th and 9th of December, Malta will be hosting a series of friendly matches for some big names in the football domain.
World-renowned club Inter will be playing the Austrian champions FC Red Bull Salzburg as well as local Gzira United Football Club to further promote sport and tourism on the island.‘This is yet another opportunity to strengthen the sector of sports tourism’ said the Minister. This comes after Bartolo anticipated the arrival of Inter to the islands to play friendly matches.
