Bernard Grech has just announced his resignation from the Nationalist Party leadership, announcing that the process to choose a new leader will immediately begin with a meeting on Wednesday.
In the mean time, people started to express their opinion about the resignation.
Many thanked him for his service as leader of the party and the Opposition, saying that he will always have their respect.
Others however said that it was time for Grech to step down and make way for new leadership so that the party can have a new electoral chance.
