Hasbullah Magomedov, also popularly known as “Mini Khabib” has revealed the most famous contacts on his phone in a recent Tiktok video gone viral.

In the latest episode of the WAFFLIN’ Podcast with Joe Weller, Theo Baker and Luke Martin, the internet celebrity shed light on some of the famous contacts of his phone, how he has been in touch with Khabib Nurmagomedov and even UFC boss Dana White.

In the video, which has now gained over 280,000 views and 26,000 likes, Baker asks the social media star to namedrop the most famous names on his contacts list to which Hasbullah responds “Dana White, Khabib…” Responding to his revelation, Weller went on to ask if we could actually see Hasbullah in a UFC fight, with his road then stating that while White wants to make it happen, it may not be anytime soon.

“Thank you friends. Thank you for your messages. I am listening.” While relatively vague, Franco Debono’s most recent Facebook post has been causing widespread speculation on the criminal lawyer’s return to politics.

Welcoming just under 800 likes and a flurry of comments requesting that Debono return to Malta’s political circle. Earlier this week, Nationalist Party leader Bernard Grech stated that he does not exclude the possibility of Debono contesting the election under the PN ticket, revealing that he speaks with the lawyer ‘on a regular basis.’

Debono most notably broke ties with the Nationalist Party in 2012, voting with the Labour opposition against the government budget of that year. He had alluded to re-joining the party on a number of occasions since then.

Malta to provide medical supplies to Ukraine as EU agrees on sanctions

Prime Minister Robert Abela has confirmed that Malta will aid Ukraine through the provision of medical supplies where necessary. In a recent Facebook post, Abela stated that the engaged in a night of discussions on the tensions in Ukraine, which discussions also included Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Abela’s Facebook Post revealed that EU leaders agreed on a number of economic sanctions as discussions and decisions continue on a European level. The Prime Minister highlighted how such shocking events persist as the world watches, sharing the common sentiment of desire for peace and ceasefire.

Together with other world leaders, Abela went to Brussels on Thursday to discussion sanctions against Russia and President Vladimir Putin after troops invaded Ukrainian territory.

Maltese record-breaking athlete Neil Agius has captured our attention time and time again, but it seems like someone stole his spotlight this time around.

The swimmer has been immortalised in an enormous 2.6 meter, 266 kilogram wooden statue which sculptor Austin Camilleri has been working on “since August of last year.” Agius stated that he was taken aback by the feeling of knowing the statue and legacy will be here ‘long after he is gone’, going on to highlight that it hits home how the choices we make to protect our sea and planet go beyond us.
