Sassuolo Wonderkid and Malta Women’s Team player Haley Bugeja put on a spectacular showing and scored her eighth Serie A goal in a 5-1 against San Gimignano on Saturday.

Bugeja was sent into the game guns blazing at the start of the second half, where Sassuolo had already secured a 3-goal lead, going on to keep the team in third place position with 40 points in the Serie A standings.

After a women’s international break between April 5 and 13, U.S. Sassuolo are set to host reigning champions Juventus in a highly-anticipated and intense matchup.

United States President Joe Biden has announced the he will most probably consider running for reelection in 2024, but does not exclude stepping down after just one term.

The 78-year-old is the United States’ oldest president ever and while stating that he is a “great respecter of fate”, he is considering all options come 2024.

Biden went on to state that if he contests for reelection, he will once again choose Kamala Harris as his running mate as she has show to be what President Biden has called “a great partner”.

It has been announced that from Wednesday, people are not to gather in public groups of more than two persons, unless living in the same household.

The Health Authorities had advised that the previous limit of four persons in public spaces had to be decreased to two over the Easter period to mitigate spread of the virus over the holiday period.

Saturday evening was a history-defining night for Maltese football as the whole country watched the national team put on a marvellous showing with a 2-2 result against Slovakia for the World Cup Group H Qualifiers.

Malta’s first goal was scored in the 16th minute by Luke Gambin with a pass from Joseph Mbong, with the second being a header from Alex Satariano, which sent Maltese football fans into a frenzy.

This qualifier game in Trnava not only secured an encouraging point from the national team, but showed the world that Maltese football and Devis Mangia’s squad are headed in the right direction.
