The court has temporarily released Gaffarena murder suspect Owen Schembri on a €50,000 bail bond.
18-year-old Schembri, along with 19-year-old Leon Debono are accused of murdering 27-year-old Saviour Gaffarena and injuring his cousin Vince in a shooting in Imqabba last year.
Schembri has denied his involvement in the shooting and is being represented by lawyers Arthur Azzopardi, Alfred Abela and Rene Darmanin.

This widespread pressure came in light of the decreased daily cases in England while health authorities are still appealing for caution.
