Leaving Manchester City at the end of the month to join Barcelona on a free transfer, the 32-year-old Argentine legend Sergio Aguero will be leaving the backroom staff with an insane surprise. The player shelled out a whopping £60,000 to buy every single member of the team’s backroom staff an engraved watch AND get them into a raffle to win his brand new car.

With 60-plus backroom staff members, these workers for Man City got a luxury thank you watch as a parting gift. A raffle also took place in which a lucky member will win the striker’s Range Rover Evoque, with one of the player’s favourite employees winning the car – one of the City kit men. Aguero stated that he is a big fan of the employee’s work ethic and personality.

Tinder lets you block your ex to avoid awkward swipes

Seeing your ex as you swipe through potential Tinder matches is not a very ideal experience. The app has you covered as it installed a feature which allows you to block exes and avoid encountering them on the swipe options. Now you can avoid that dilemma of feeling rude for swiping left but still not wanting to swipe right.

By going to profile settings, users will find a block contacts feature. There, one can adjust the settings to either not see a specific contact, or not be seen by them yourself. This will also allegedly work on contacts who aren’t on Tinder yet, so you have nothing to worry about. Despite not being able to avoid run-ins in real life, at least Tinder can give you some security against having an unwanted blast from the past.

Rose Pink iPhone 13 Pro Max launch expected in December

Apple could take a bold step by introducing their upcoming flagship in a Rose Pink colour, cementing its strategy for creating products which can easily match customer style and personality. According to leaks, a new MacBook Air will also be released later this year, with the iPhone 13 Pro Max being introduced in the Rose Pink colour and a possible purple finish in 2022.

Apple has launched a wave of models in Rose Gold Flavour before, and this seemed to bode well for the company as the colour attracts a lot of female customers. The source of the information, PENG STORE, did not mention if the Rose Pink finish will be available for the remaining three models. The iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 13 Pro are also expected to be available in Matte Black, a favourite amongst many customers.

Elderly man charged for abusing 12-year-old girl

A 65-year-old man was accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl in his Zejtun garage. Unnamed due to court order, the man was charged with performing sexual acts and defiling the young girl, who then spoke about her experience with an educator. The school authorities were informed and a case referred to children protection agency.

The man was denied his request for bail by Magistrate Ian Farrugia. The case was investigated by Inspector Kylie Borg, with Dr Edward Gatt appearing for the pensioner. The case is still ongoing.
