As the Rolex Middle Sea Race comes to a breathtaking finish, Riccardo Pavoncelli’s MOD70 Mana was the first to cross the Rolex Middle Sea Race’s finish line, with the second place vessel trailing by under one minute.

The MOD70 Mana crossed the finish at precisely 00:32:38 CEST on Tuesday 25th October to secure the Multihull Line Honours with an elapsed time of 61 hours 32 minutes and 38 seconds.

Riccardo Pavoncelli, together with the crew consisting of Alexia Barrier, Paul Larsen, Jeff Mearing, Tom Dawson, Jonny Malbon, Kai Weeks and Evan Walker, popped some champagne to celebrate the momentous, photo-finish victory.

Italy’s Mana vessel crossed the finish line only one minute after France’s Zoulou, skippered by Erik Maris.
