Dreamworks Release 1st Teaser For Shrek 5

Dreamworks have officially confirmed that Shrek 5 will return with a little teaser involving the iconic Shrek logo – this time in the form of the number 5 with the iconic ogre ears.

The film studios also confirmed that Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy and Cameron Diaz, who voiced Shrek, Donkey and Fiona respectively, will all be returning for the film.

And it’s not that ‘far, far away’, as it’s intended to release on July 1st 2026.

The last Shrek film, Shrek Forever After, released back in 2010, and with Puss in Boots solo spin offs, it’s only fair that the big green ogre gets a return to the big screen.

Will France Or Spain Make It To The Final Tonight?

A thrilling showdown between two European football giants awaits in Munich.

Spain, the only team to win all five of their games, have dazzled with 11 goals, 102 attempts, and 230 balls recovered, showcasing their offensive and defensive prowess.

Coach Luis de la Fuente praised his “insatiable” players for their pride, quality, and commitment following their quarter-final win over Germany.

However, Spain faces a formidable France team that has kept four clean sheets in five matches.

Les Bleus aim for their fourth major tournament final in eight years, following appearances in EURO 2016 and the 2018 and 2022 World Cup finals, highlighting their big-game experience.

St Paul’s Bay Once Again With Most Property Sales In June

In June 2024, there were 966 final deeds of sale and 1,080 promise of sale agreements for residential properties.

This marks a 2.9% decrease in final deeds compared to June 2023, with a total value of €243.9 million, down 4.9%. Individual buyers (households) accounted for 90.7% of these deeds, valued at €201.7 million.

The highest numbers of final deeds were in the Northern Harbour and Northern districts, with 274 and 212 deeds respectively, while the Western and Gozo and Comino districts had the lowest at 96 and 114.

San Pawl Il-Baħar, Il-Mosta, and Il-Mellieħa had the highest locality counts, totaling 17.4% of all deeds. Most transactions involved apartments (419) and garages (243).

For Q2 2024, 3,185 final deeds were registered, a 5.9% increase from the previous year, valued at €854.5 million, an 8.9% increase. San Pawl Il-Baħar, Il-Mosta, and Birkirkara led in deed counts.

In June 2024, 1,080 promise of sale agreements were registered, a 5.0% decrease from June 2023. Households made up 91.4% of these agreements.

The Northern Harbour district led with 336 agreements. San Pawl Il-Baħar, Birkirkara, and Tas-Sliema were the top localities, comprising 21.2% of agreements.

Q2 2024 saw 3,493 promise of sale agreements, slightly down from the previous year, with San Pawl Il-Baħar, Birkirkara, and Il-Mosta leading.
