DB Group Extends Partnership With Caritas To Offer All Their Staff Mental Support

Over 1,500 employees will continue to receive free, confidential mental health support as db Group extends its partnership with Caritas Malta for a second year.
The agreement, led by the db Foundation, offers staff access to professional counselling and social work services no paperwork, no questions asked. Support is available for anyone facing a personal crisis or simply needing someone to talk to.
The initiative also includes in-house workshops and seminars to help build emotional resilience and wellbeing at work.
Head of the db Foundation, Dr Sandra Sladden said, “It’s about trust, dignity, and supporting each other in every area of life.”
Director of Caritas, Anthony Gatt, praised the model saying, “This partnership strengthens both our organisations and sets an example others can follow.”
CEO Robert Debono added, “How you treat people matters. We’re proud to continue offering real support to our team.”
The db Group is one of Malta’s largest employers, operating major hospitality brands including Starbucks, Hard Rock Café, Aki, Tora, and db Hotels & Resorts.
