Damage Report Reveals Freedom Flotilla Endured Two Aerial Strikes

The Freedom Flotilla Coalition have stated that two aerial attacks were responsible for the damage sustained by the Conscience vessel near the edge of Maltese territorial waters.
According to the coalition, Maltese authorities have released a Marine Casualty Damage Report detailing the incident.
The report reveals that the vessel was struck twice from the air, with the resulting fire originating from these external attacks on the upper deck.
Moreover the Maltese survey report stated that there was no internal damage that caused the explosion and that there was no weapons aboard the ship.
Humanitarian aid was also confirmed to be on the ship by the report, albeit exact amount were not specified.
The coalition have also stated that Maltese and EU authorities have still not allowed an independent, international forensic investigation of the Conscience. “This refusal to ensure full transparency and accountability is deeply troubling,” it said.
Writing to social media, the coalition also argued that “in any other context, such attacks would likely be labeled as ‘terrorism’, yet most media has downplayed it or dismissed it.”
