Crowd Goes Wild as Robbie Williams is Gifted Malta National Team Kit

At this point, saying Thursday evening’s Robbie Williams concert was a jam-packed show simply goes without saying, but the show was also a celebration of all things Maltese.

From a heart-warming interaction with Maltese superfan Priscilla to telling the crowd on the Catholic Institution’s roof that “Jesus is watching them”, Robbie celebrated Malta as Robbie knows how but a truly emotional moment for the island came when he was gifted the Maltese national team kit and lifted it up in the air as he sang ‘Angels’.

In a video sent to Malta Daily, local fan Mandy Galea shared some up close and personal footage of her throwing the shirt to Robbie before telling him “Open it Rob!”

A typically Maltese moment and heart-warming one at that, yesterday’s concert was definitely one to remember.
