Civil Protection Rescue Youth In Difficulty While Swimming

Yesterday afternoon, Civil Protection Malta rescuers from Fire Stations 5 and 11 responded to an emergency involving a youth in difficulty while swimming in Sliema.

The individual was assisted by the Civil Protection Department team. They were transported using a CPD marine asset and handed over to Mater Dei Hospital Emergency Department for further treatment.

CPD thanked Malta Red Cross and Mater Dei Hospital Emergency Department for the valuable assistance.
