Car Runs Over Toppled Motorcycle

A video shared to Malta Dizastru Totali shows a car running over a toppled over motorcycle on a local road.
It is unclear what led to the motorcycle to end up toppled over, with the driver seen attempting to pick it up.
However, the driver of the car proceeds to drive along and run over the motorcycle, leading the motorcyclist to angrily run up and kick the car’s door.
