Car Crashes Into Ħamrun Salon: Driver Hospitalised

A car crashed into Marica’s Salon in Ħamrun on Thursday morning at around 8am, going through the glass frontage and ending up almost entirely inside the premises.
Police and Civil Protection Department officers arrived on site shortly after the incident.
Reportedly, and thankfully, no one was inside the salon at the time of the crash.
An ambulance was called to the scene, and the driver of the vehicle is believed to have sustained injuries.
The cause of the accident is not yet known.
